My wife and I are going to be in Paris late May 2009 arriving Friday evening and leaving Tuesday. At the suggestion of friends, we are staying at a small hotel in the Rue Cler district.
We intend to see the major sights %26amp; museums and read a number of postings regarding bus vs metro and liked the suggestion of metro early to get started and the bus later to see everything.
Eating should be no problem at the many cafes and bistro but I really would like to have a special dinner, probably Monday night, to celebrate the end of a good trip and, of course, the anniversary. I do not mind spending the extra bucks for a GOOD meal but I appreciate value - - any suggestions for $100-130/person meal?
