Is this station temporarily closed? Every time I try to look up an itinerary with this stop as my destination it says the itinerary is temporarily unavailable, stop closed. But I don%26#39;t see any announcement like they have an the home page for the Republique station line 3. If it will be closed next month, where should we get off to visit the Trocadero? Thanks.

The Trocadéro station has been under enovation since January. The transfer between lines 6 and 9 is closed and the line 9 Trocadéro station is now closed (though it was open until recently). The work is scheduled to be complete by 15 May.
If you are on line 9 and want to visit the Trocadéro, get off at Iena or Passy and walk over.

Really? I was just in Paris two weeks ago and we got off at the Trocadero station just fine. We were coming from Ile St. Louis, so we took the 7 metro to Chaussee d%26#39;Antin La Fayette stop and transferred to the 9 line, where we took it to Trocadero. I don%26#39;t recall the station being under any kind of construction, but it could be that I didn%26#39;t notice anything since I was following the crowds out to the nearest sortie.

iaatf,
could you tell me what site you are using to look up the metro stops? Thanks!

amyf99 - I am using the ratp website. It%26#39;s great. You plug in where you are and where you are going and it tells you which trains to take and where to connect.
mgiraux - Thanks so much for that map. I hadn%26#39;t found that before. I see the construction cone at Trocadero. Apparently it%26#39;s only affecting the 9 line until May 15th - the day we arrive. So %26quot;pas de problème%26quot;.

Thanks SO much for the websites! I have a Metro map, but the interactive one is great and now I can see which stops are closed.
