10th arrondissement, will I like staying?

I am looking at a brand-new, ultra-modern apartment in the 10th district. It%26#39;s a really good price. You know how if something seems to good to be true, it might just be!

Since I have never been to Paris before, I don%26#39;t have a good idea as to that particular area. The apartment says that it is located in Marche%26#39; St. Martin area. Please, if you know anything about this area, I would love to hear from you!!!

It%26#39;s not the nicest area of Paris but it%26#39;s not bad. The price is probably good because the area is not very central and so therefore not as popular with tourists. The Canal St. Martin goes through the 10th, which is very pretty.

If the place is in the immediate surroundings of the Gare du Nord or the Gare de l%26#39;Est, that%26#39;s pretty seedy. But the rest is just fine if you don%26#39;t mind taking the metro.

Plus, Du Pain et Des Idees is one of the best bakeries in Paris, and it is there! http://www.dupainetdesidees.com/en/index.html

justtrippinok: Bonjour! I am sure you will receive various infos about the 10ème --- some good, some not so good.

Personally, I enjoy the area for its diversity, easy access to transportation, and loads of places to eat.

If the place you are looking at is the one that shows on map as a big red dot on/near the Boulevard de Magenta, thru apartexchange, then it looks great and is well placed.

Sorry, but I know nothing about that particular company, and i do not find any infos about it in a search on tripadvisor. Maybe someone else has used them and can guide you there.
