BARBIZON by public transport

I would like to visit Barbizon from PAris using the public transport and Fontebleu castle is well.

IS it posiible or package tours is the only option?

You can take a train (€7.80) from the Gare de Lyon to a railway station called Fontainebleau-Avon. From there, you can take a bus to the château. I don%26#39;t think Barbizon has a railway connection.
