How long will the RER take to get to Chalet. I must then go to Pyramides. Trying to figure out how much time I%26#39;ll have left that evening!
|||
The journey should take no longer than 35 minutes.

Yes, 35 minutes to Chatelet plus an easy 15 minute transfer to Métro line-14, and a 3 minute ride to the Pyramides station.

Metromole - I thought I could transfer easily from Chatetlet to Pyrmaides. Where does the 15 minute transfer come in? Sorry to bother you!
|||
No bother. The transfer involves making your way from the RER platform up to the RER concourse to the métro-14 connecting tunnel. The RER-B trains are 320 meters long so depending which car you board, you will have a different path to navigate through the RER concourse to the métro line-14. Although the signage is clear and the two lines are close, if you haven%26#39;t done it before, I figured in some time for that.
If you board the RER train near the middle, you%26#39;ll have the shortest connection at Chatelet.
The line-14 trains usually run less than 3 minutes apart.

Thank you Metromole. I%26#39;m aim for the middle and hope for the best!
