May weather

Hope to be in paris the first week in May. I say hope because we are airline folks and travel standby. We just pack with carry on luggage for obvious reasons. What do you suggest as far as a jacket, light weight or anything heavy? We can always layer with t-shirts, shirts and a light jacket. Plan to bring a rain poncho and small umbrella more than likely. Any and all suggestions would be helpful.

Cool, warm, sunny, overcast and probably rainy as well....

I do doubt that anything heavy would be needed.
