Best place for lunch on a Saturday in Paris

Hi!

I am looking for suggestions for a really good restaurant for lunch on a Saturday in Paris. We looked at the Guy Savoy, but it seems it is not open for lunch on Saturdays. We tried Taillevent on a previous visit and LOVED it, but would like to try another restaurant next time.
