I will be in Paris for the PSG - Dynamo Kiev UEFA cup match. how do i go about getting tickets? will it be sold out?

It is still advertising them so it doesn%26#39;t seem to be sold out. Have never seen a match there so can%26#39;t really help about what the atmosphere is like
