Golf

One last question (I think)

Near or around Les Baux, is there any golf course for my husband to play? And while he is doing that, is there a chance I could take one cooking class???

You can play the course at Les Baux which is only 9 holes ( you need to be a mountain goat!!) or otherwise there are plenty of courses arround Avignon.
