Me and my sister is going to meet up at cdg airport in May. I will be arrived 15 mins before her. I will be arrived at Terminal 1 and she will be arrived at terminal 2. Please advice

This is not rocket science. You arrive first so you should make your way to terminal 2 and meet her at the correct arrivals hall

Upon arrival...you take the escalators down to the lowest level of CDG #1...then take the free CDGVAL ahuttle/train from there to the end-of-the-ligne at CDG #2 TGV/RER...then walk from this station to whichever of the several CDG #2 (A,B,C,D,E or F) that your sister%26#39;s flight arrives at...and meet her at the EXIT onto the main concourse of her terminal building from the French Customs control check point.
For he part, she exits through the French Customs control check point just out onto the main public concourse of the terminal and then she does NOTHING. She STAYS PUT...ROOTED TO THE SPOT...until you meet her there. This minimizes the chance that both will be wanderering about a strange airport, like mice-in-a-maze, searching for stale cheese.
