Le Dortoir B&B in Nice

Hi,

Has anyone stayed or heard of Le Dortoir B%26amp;B in Nice? It%26#39;s ranked #1 in the Nice B%26amp;B in tripadvisor, but there are only 4 reviews and they%26#39;re all good reviews. The pictures seem very nice. Is it strange that they only have 3 rooms? Is there a way to check if the place is legit?

Guess nobody has been there before. It%26#39;s hard to find any information about it.

I just booked a stay there for 3 nights in May. The pics from the website and the 1 review in English were enough to convince me. Hopefully it%26#39;s as good as it looks!

Not sure how trustworthy is that English review. But we think the location is good and price is reasonable, we%26#39;re going to book it! Yah hopefully it%26#39;ll be okay.

yes, but I think the question is actually..Is there a way to confirm that this place actually exists. Because of the way it is run it could be a %26#39;virtual%26#39; place and ingenious scam. it would really be great to hear if anyone has actually stayed there.

The phone number a fixed phone number and is registered to the guy who owns the site at that address - i don%26#39;t think its likely to be a scam

No, it%26#39;s not strange that they only have 3 rooms. B%26amp;Bs usually are someon%26#39;s own home, and there are seldom more than a few rooms available. The last 2 B%26amp;Bs we stayed at near Grasse had only 2 and 3 rooms respectively for rent.
