Nice place for breakfast in 5eme arr?

Any suggestions for a nice relaxed place to eat breakfast that won%26#39;t break the bank in the fifth arr.?

There%26#39;s a nice café just at the point where r. de Petit Pont intersects with the Quai Montebello near the river. Don%26#39;t know the name, but have eaten breakfast there often. Good people-watching at breakfast there too.
