I have tickets to arrive in Strasbourg on the TGV May 24th at 1243 and we are scheduled to catch a connection to Basel (not TGV) at 1253. Is this a relatively easy connection to make? I know nothing about this train station.
There are 4 of us retired folks (58-70)traveling and I%26#39;m although we%26#39;re not infirm I%26#39;m sure we won%26#39;t move quickly.
There is another train an hour later but we have reserved seats on the 1253 train. If we miss it, do we just get on the next train??
Any help would be appreciated.

Bump! Not sure this is allowed but no response so far. I looked at the train station on Google satellite and it doesn%26#39;t look very big but I would like confirmation that the switch can be done within 10 minutes.

I don%26#39;t know Strasbourg station, but if you booked your tickets through SNCF they are always extremely generous with transfer times.
Also, in the most unlikely event your TGV is late arriving, they will change your tickets to the later train with no fuss. They have a fancy name for it which I can%26#39;t remember, but just go to the ticket office
