Is Ceret often cloudy in the summer? We drove from Narbonne to Girona last summer and both of these were bathed in sunshine, but near Ceret and the border it was cooler and cloudy. Is this a typical weather pattern, or was it just that day? We are considering staying in Ceret this summer, but not if we have to drive to find the sun!
