Has anyone stayed at this hotel lately? Is it quiet yet accesable to sites?

I know of the hotel--it had strong recommendations on the bonjourparis.com site a while back--but haven%26#39;t stayed there. As I remember, people said the hotel is quiet and in a good area for restaurants and sightseeing.

Location wise, it%26#39;s fine. 2 metro stations very close by, as well as plenty of bus routes to all parts of the city. Bars and restaurants will also be easy to find.

We stayed here 2 years ago - good location and very pleasant staff. However, I did not like our room at all - very plain utilitarian furnishings quite unlike the pictures. Others in our group had much nicer rooms even though we paid the highest price for ours. Very convenient to restaurants and Luxembourg Garden.
