Things to do in Amelie-les-Bains

hi im looking forward to coming to the region in September.

Information on the net is patchy .

can anyone please supply information on things to do , visit , and sight see?

Also i would welcome any information on the bus service from Amelie-les-Bains to Ceret?

There is not much to see in Amélie les Bains itself, though it is very lively (it is a spa, has a big open air market ( I believe on Thursdays) and a casino) but there is plenty to do in the area :

Ceret (Modern Art Museum)

Gorges de la Fou (canyon)

Arles sur Tech (church and cloister)

Prats de Mollo (fortress)

Coustouge (roman church) etc.......
